Premier wasn't built in a classroom or a consulting deck. It was built in lobbies, kitchens, ballrooms, and command centers — by people who spent 25+ years inside luxury operations, not analyzing them from outside.

Our Story

Why we started PHS.

For two decades, the luxury hospitality industry has trusted a handful of consultancies and rating systems to define service excellence — and a completely separate set of vendors to handle the legally required safety and compliance training. The two never spoke to each other. Properties learned to live with the seam.

By 2026, that seam had become a liability. Anti-harassment mandates expanded. Human trafficking awareness laws hit hotels in California, Florida, Texas, and New York. OSHA tightened. Active threat preparedness moved from "nice to have" to "every quarter, every property." Meanwhile guests' tolerance for any kind of friction, any kind of failure, kept dropping.

Properties needed both excellence and command — but no single program offered both at a luxury standard.

So we built one. Premier Hospitality & Safety Training takes the four-pillar luxury service philosophy that has defined our careers and integrates it with a complete safety, compliance, and risk-readiness curriculum — advised by leadership from one of the largest security firms in New York. One curriculum. One LMS. One certification record. One audit-ready binder.

It's the program we wished existed when we were running the floor. So we made it.
