Cliff Feldstein is the Co-Founder and President of Premier Hospitality & Safety Training, a company he proudly launched with his son, Dylan Feldstein, to help raise the standard of safety, security, and guest service throughout the hospitality industry.
With more than 25 years of experience owning and operating one of New York City’s largest hospitality security companies, Cliff has worked with many of the nation’s premier hotels, restaurants, nightlife venues, entertainment destinations, and special events. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for creating safe, welcoming environments where exceptional hospitality and effective security work together seamlessly.
Drawing on decades of real-world experience, Cliff recognized that the most successful hospitality organizations are those that train every employee—not just security personnel—to provide outstanding guest service while maintaining a safe and secure environment. That vision led Cliff and Dylan to establish Premier Hospitality & Safety Training.
Together, they assembled a team of experienced hospitality, security, safety, and training professionals to develop a comprehensive curriculum that prepares security officers, managers, supervisors, and frontline employees to confidently handle the everyday challenges of today’s hospitality environment.

PHAST
Dylan Feldstein is the Co-Founder and Owner of PHAST. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Dylan entered the security and hospitality industry after graduation, working alongside his father, Cliff, to help operate and grow a security company serving a wide range of clients.
Working closely with security teams, managers, and clients gave Dylan a firsthand look at the industry’s biggest challenges. He saw that while companies were investing in great people, many lacked consistent training, standardized procedures, and modern systems to help employees succeed and businesses scale.
Recognizing that opportunity, Dylan co-founded PHAST with a clear mission: to raise the standard for security and hospitality training. PHAST was created to give organizations the tools they need to onboard, train, and develop their teams more effectively, creating safer environments, stronger personnel, and better experiences for both clients and guests.
